How our services are delivered
- Store Plan: Activated on your Onelyn dashboard immediately after successful payment.
- Messaging credits: Added to your credit balance instantly after successful payment. A payment confirmation is sent by email.
- Service area: Merchants in India.
If your purchase doesn’t show up
If your plan is not active or credits are not added within 24 hours of successful payment, email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID. We will fix it within 1 business day, or refund the payment in full as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
